A collective of four separate dairy and cheese makers and producers will be selling their product along side Pampero Ranch.
Claravale Farm:
We use only organic practices and feeds on our dairy. Our herd of Jersey cows graze during the rainy season and are on organic alfalfa hay the rest of the year. We use only organic grain as well.

Bravo Farms Cheese
Bravo Farms does only aged raw cheeses from their herd of Jersey cows. They are not organic but use no hormones in their cows. They do not graze their cows, who are in free stalls year –round. All of their cheeses are handmade and available year-round.

Pedrozo Dairy and Cheese Co.
Tim Pedrozo does only handmade raw aged farmstead cheeses. Their farm consists of 40 Jersey cows, who graze year-round on their pastures in Orland, CA. Tim uses no hormones on his cows and lets his cows have only a minimal amount of grain when they come into the barn to be milked.

Nicolau Farms
Small goat dairy owned by Walter Nicolau III. Located in the Central Valley close to Modesto; they use no antibiotics or hormones and milk seasonally giving the goats the winter months off from milk production. They milk about 75 goats and produce a phenomenal Chevre.
