ABOUT THE MARKET

We are a volunteer-run, non-profit organization, proudly serving our community since 1981. Our goal then, and still today, is to connect local farmers with our community by providing direct access to fresh and locally produced foods. All proceeds from the operation of the Market are donated to Avenidas, a community group for older adults. To date, our community donations total almost $400,000. VOLUNTEER

PAFM is looking for new board members! We are a working board with responsibilities that include attending monthly board meetings, working at the Market one or two Saturdays a month, participating in committee work on Market policy and initiatives, and the ability to commit to a minimum of one year. If you'd like to help the Market thrive and are interested in joining the board, please contact us at volunteer@pafarmersmarket.org or submit a board member application.
