Our vendor guidelines (read this before submitting):

  • Downtown Palo Alto Farmers’ Market is a Certified Market under California Code. We can only evaluate applications for vendors that already have their business set up to sell at certified farmers markets.

  • DPAFM sells ONLY: fresh produce and other agricultural products (e.g., flowers, seedlings) and locally produced foods/beverages.

  • DPAFM does NOT sell: personal services, such as massage or chiropractics, Non-agriculture items, such as cell phones, jewelry, arts & crafts, or clothing.

  • We are not able to accommodate tables for local businesses, non-profits, clubs, etc. Often, folks will set up a table outside of the market area on Gilman Street next to the post office. We can’t allow canvassing, passing out flyers, or samples from non-vendors within the market boundaries.
